  • AIA technical advice: Our Professional Standards and Practice Liaison team are on hand to answer your technical queries. If you have a technical query, please complete the online form at www.aiaworldwide.com.
  • FA Simms & Partners Limited: AIA has enlisted the help of FA Simms & Partners to provide a dedicated helpline to members supplying business rescue and insolvency guidance. This helpline is completely free and so is the advice you receive. The guidance covers all aspects regarding personal and corporate procedures and will be delivered by a fully licensed insolvency practitioner.
  • LawBite: LawBite is a revolutionary legal service which provides Simple Law for Small Companies, by uniting it with technology to make it more accessible and affordable. They have a suite of legal document templates with added functionality to enable you to safely edit, share, e-sign and store them, as well as being able to upload your own to be edited and signed. Buy them individually or access them all for £99 +VAT per year.
  • Tax Advice Network: AIA has secured a 50% discount for members who subscribe to the weekly tax tips newsletter published by The Tax Advice Network. It is also the answer to your problems if you need any tax help and support for your clients. Through the Network, you can access quality vetted tax advisers who are focused on helping accountants just like you.
  • Tolley: AIA is working in partnership with Tolley to provide services and resources for AIA members. As part of its commitment to helping AIA members get to grips with specialist tax issues, Tolley will be sharing a range of topical information and in-depth extracts from its various products, as well as providing AIA members with exclusive offers.
  • Advantage Business Partnerships: AIA have partnered with the experienced coaching and training team at Advantage Business Partnerships (ABP) to help our members’ businesses to grow faster, smarter and reach new heights of success. As an accredited CPD provider, ABP delivers courses to fulfil CPD requirements and enhance business skills and provides a range of tools to support effective business development. Complete ABP’s 10-minute cloud-based Strategic Performance Assessment (SPA) to highlight the areas of your business that work really well and identify which areas could be improved with a fresh steer, and an injection of knowledge and focus.
  • Business Growth Service: The Business Growth Service (now incorporating GrowthAccelerator and the Manufacturing Advisory Service) is a government backed service offering support to businesses with the potential to improve and grow. The Business Growth Service can help SMEs to achieve their business goals by identifying barriers to growth and providing tailored support that fits their needs. This support includes coaching, consultancy, mentoring, training, access to finance and export advice.
  • Debt Guard Solicitors: Debt Guard Solicitors, the online debt collection service, will help your business and your clients’ businesses by improving cashflow and tackling overdue invoices. AIA members are entitled to two free solicitor’s letters from Debt Guard, which clearly set out your monetary claim and state that you will take action against your debtors, if they don’t pay you the money they owe.
  • Finance Finder: Advantage Business Partnerships’ award winning Finance Finder quickly scans the market to find the best finance options to suit your (or your clients’) business. Taking literally minutes, this service is free to use.
  • AIA Company Incorporation Portal: AIA has a dedicated online Company Incorporation Portal, exclusive to our members, offering a comprehensive service covering the formation of all company types currently available through electronic filing. The portal is free for AIA members to register, has a dedicated helpdesk and works directly with Companies House.
  • Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Company: AIA is a supervisory body under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 and supervision of your practice is included in the cost of your AIA Practising Certificate. In addition, you will receive a free subscription to the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Company (AMLCC) worth £200 – all your compliance needs in one package.
  • AIA CPD conferences & seminars: Our CPD conferences and seminars offer the topics you need from leading experts and are excellent value for money. With our face to face events, you could meet your CPD requirements for the year from only £250.
  • Financial Fluency: Financial Fluency design and deliver a wide range of finance and non-finance training courses.   • Nelson Croom: In collaboration with Nelson Croom, AIA offers a comprehensive suite of online CPD courses. Placing you in control of your learning, these courses offer you an easy and convenient way to achieve verifiable CPD units.
  • The Professional Training Academy: In collaboration with The Professional Training Academy, a developer and publisher of online professional development courses, AIA offers a number of technical online CPD courses. The Professional Training Academy offers both free and paid courses and you can register for FREE.

  • Trafalgar Risk Management: Trafalgar Risk Management offers AIA members exclusive deals on their professional indemnity, employers’ liability and public liability insurance. Working with AIA, Trafalgar has negotiated terms on your behalf, which would not be available on an individual basis.
  • Hospital Medical Care Association: HMCA offers AIA members and their families a range of medical health cover and related products. The plans are available exclusively to members of associations and are not available to the general public, ensuring and maintaining competitive rates. On average, HMCA has been proven to save up to 50% savings on similar plans.
  • Forfront: Forfront provides AIA members with preferable rates, exclusive professional marketing advice and easy access to email marketing software and effective digital marketing services.
  • Business Centre Association: The BCA provides invaluable advice to businesses looking to rent flexible serviced office, workspace, studios, co-working and club space or virtual and mailbox services. It works with a wide range of companies from startups to global corporates and assists in their search for flexible office space whether on a short, medium or long term basis.
  • The Intellectual Property Office: The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) has launched ‘IP for Business’, a range of online tools and resources to help you on your IP journey. The toolkit includes IP Equip, a free online training tool to help you understand how to identify and protect IP assets, as well as the free IP Equip app (available for smart phones and tablets) which gives you access to basic IP information on the go.
  • The Pensions Regulator: AIA is working with The Pensions Regulator to provide our members with range of information and resources about all aspects of automatic enrolment.
  • AIA document templates: AIA provides our practising members with a comprehensive suite of document templates, including a letter of engagement and terms of business, a letter of disengagement, a continuity agreement, complaints procedure, AML policy, risk assessment and initial client checklist.
  • Business Growth Service: AIA members are invited to apply to join the panel of external experts delivering coaching, consultancy and training to SMEs on behalf of the Business Growth Service. Alternatively, if you’re looking to improve and grow your business, you may be eligible for funded support. The Business Growth Service is a government backed service offering support to businesses with the potential to improve and grow.

  • Microsoft: AIA and Microsoft are working together to offer a range of exclusive opportunities and information for AIA members. Migrating a number of business users to Office 365 requires planning, configuration work, fast data migration channels and training. AIA has organised through Microsoft’s Gold Partner Yellowspring IT to provide these services with a 20% discount.
  • Utilitrack: AIA has teamed up with Utilitrack, the business utility brokers, to ensure our members get the best possible deals for their gas, electricity and telecoms – saving you money on your utility bills. As an AIA member, you can test your contract rates for free.
